Kathmandu, Feb 10 — Baleyo Experience: Technology & Lifestyle – Meet & GreetExpo (4th Edition), organized by SAGAR Group and powered by xLab, concluded onFebruary 10, 2026, after six days at the Baleyo Experience Center, Kalanki.

The expo, which began on February 5, recorded a footfall of over 500 visitors,including corporate and business visitors, dealers and resellers, end consumers,students, and technology enthusiasts. The event was organized with a dual focus onB2B and B2C engagement.
Designed as an experiential exhibition, the event emphasized live productdemonstrations and interactive participation. Live demos were conducted for xLabwellness products and POS products, Brother printers, Konica Minolta printers,and Innex cameras.
Among the various attractions, the dart game discount zone emerged as a majorcrowd puller, where visitors received discounts on Baleyo products based on their gameresults. xLab’s Lifestyle booth received the highest visitor traffic and was among themost positively received sections of the expo.
The exhibition featured booths from xLab, Brother, Konica Minolta, Kaspersky alongwith Nexus, Chaitanya, and Mero Galaxy, whose products, accessories and productdisplays attracted notable attention. Dedicated zones showcased POS solutions,consumables, wellness products, connectivity solutions, and printing technologies.
A photo booth with instant photo printing was also set up, allowing visitors to takeprinted souvenirs. Visitors were encouraged to explore the Baleyo Experience Centerfollowing booth visits to gain a broader understanding of the showcased technologiesand solutions.
To enhance engagement, a visit-point system was introduced, where attendeescollected points through booth visits and received gifts based on accumulated points.Prior to the expo, a press meet was held on February 4, 2026, at the Baleyo Experience Center, which was attended by various media houses and news outlets.
According to the organizers, the event received positive feedback from visitors,
partners, and media, meeting expectations set ahead of the expo. The organizersexpressed appreciation to visitors, partner brands, and the media for their support in thesuccessful completion of the event.
